Ground Control to Major Tom
Captain Scarlet has lost his way
and Spectrum no longer shines green
and I’ve lost my mind to circumstance
Ground Control is shutting down
Captain Scarlet can’t see the light
his world is turning black
and anarchy is out of control
replacing wisdom with their bloody lies
Ground Control I’m all alone
can you hear me, Ground Control
Major Tom has done a bunk
and Captain Scarlet seems to be dead
and I’m switching to autopilot to bring me home
can you hear me, Ground Control
I’m doing what Dorothy said
there’s no place like home
Ground Control…
is there anybody out there?
