Definition: Sturdy – adj. (of a person or their body) strongly and solidly built.

pressing the weights
for muscle tone
in the fit zone
shape definition
it mattered then
not so much now
but it’s the how
it all began
then there was T
rubbing it in
life to begin
and the voice broke
sweet memories
so long ago
but now I know
my truth is me
