Fight Back

Theme: Love Subject: Battle

In such darkness where her love means nothing
I am alone and must face my own hell
For in this place, I can’t give anything
And I dare not take her sweet love with me
In case it’s the time I admit defeat
And that’s something I can’t bare her to see
But for her love these demons I must meet
Because for her love I need to be well
I must be strong enough to do this thing
To stand my ground and set my spirit free
I say love means nothing, but in the end
I must take this task and I’ll not be beat
From the depths of hell for her I’ll ascend
For, in reality, on her I depend
