Definition: Upbeat – adj. cheerful; optimistic.

Form: Minute Poetry

spirits rising a cheery smile
with life worthwhile
the outlook’s good
trees in the wood
bold and brassy but still with class
new blades of grass
reach for the sun
the wood undun
and birds are singing April’s song
now days are long
down in the wood
where all is good
