I saw the silver lady rise tonight, in shades of arcane blue I felt her grace. She climbs across the sky to share her light and drapes o'er trees with filigrees of lace. My lady moon has shown her lovely face I sat and watched her dance across the sky And in her dream, I found a quiet space as in her glory I can only sigh. A magic dwells within this hallowed place, and time now wanders at a slower pace
I am a freelance writer and poet and started writing after raising my two boys as a way of discovering just who Jez is. That is still very much an ongoing project but the journey so far has introduced me to many wonderful friends and fellow writers through an ever-growing love of poetry.
