Bluster (YDWP)

Inspired by and written for Your Daily Word Prompt – my thanks to Sheryl

Definition: Bluster – v. talk in a loud, aggressive, or indignant way with little effect

Synonyms: rant, thunder, boast, brag, swagger

Form: Pathya Vat

a swaggered walk
threatened the peace
words never cease
heard it before
the ranting on
the same old thing
no good to bring
my ears shut down
toss your weight round
aggression’s rag
becomes a drag
I’m done, I’m gone
