the more it’s done
the more it grows
now the bedclothes
that laundry pile
will it disperse
if I do two
when one should do
of course, it won’t
how many socks
can one guy own
with no pair shown
all odd to me
but should I care five pairs of jeans and no has-beens it’s t-shirts next
on the line they flap
in morning sun
and I am done
with no pegs left
a mug of tea
it’s time to write
keeping it tight
