Echo and the Bunnymen

Echo and the Bunnymen formed in Liverpool, UK in 1978. The line-up consists of Ian McCulloch on vocals, guitarist Will Sergeant, bassist Les Pattinson, and drummer Pete de Freitas. After the release of a self-titled album in 1987 McCulloch left the band and was replaced by vocalist Noel Burke. De Freitas was killed in a motorcycle accident in 1989. After working together as Electrofusion, McCulloch and Sergeant regrouped with Pattinson in 1997 and returned as Echo and the Bunnymen
